Darin Icard is the general contractor behind Mako Builds. Darin is passionate about serving the community through custom home building. After working 10 years as an operations manager and remodeling his own home, Darin found his passion for construction. He began Mako Builds by working with local pastors on construction teams to better serve his local community. He has experience in his field and brings unparalleled, quality work to your home.

Darin and his family live in Lincoln County, North Carolina. He is a follower of Christ, devoted to his family and Church. He enjoys sports, local food, and traveling. He understands the importance of peace of mind in your home and desires to put your family first in all aspects of building.
